Ms. Turner is the managing attorney at Valentine Law Group. Ms. Turner received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Delaware, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law, where she graduated from Southwestern University School of Law’s prestigious accelerated S.C.A.L.E. program. While there, Ms. Turner competed in multiple regional and national trial competitions as a member of the Southwestern Trial Advocacy Honor’s Program.
Prior to joining Valentine Law Group, Ms. Turner has practiced in areas of law including elder abuse, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and serious personal injury at firms dedicated to advocating for the rights of the injured, including Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., a nationally recognized firm. In addition to her years of civil litigation and trial experience, Ms. Turner has also represented her clients before the California Court of Appeal related to issues of elder abuse and contract law.
Ms. Turner was named as a Super Lawyer Rising Star each year from 2013 – 2019. In 2019, she was named as one of the “Up-and-Coming 25” Super Lawyers Rising Stars in Orange County in 2019.
Ms. Turner is a member of the Board of Directors of Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (OCTLA) and serves on the Legislative Committee of OCTLA. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Women Lawyer’s Association Foundation, and is a member of the American Association for Justice.
In addition to practicing law, Ms. Turner devotes her time to development of trial advocacy skills in second and third year law students as a Head Coach of Trial Advocacy for Southwestern’s Trial Advocacy Honor’s Program.
